Two brothers lost their parents early and were raised by their grandfather. The old man and his older brother Mahmut are engaged in animal husbandry. They adhere to the norms, customs and traditions of their ancestors, and the younger brother wants to break out of this. He is attracted by modern life in the city. He gets involved with a dubious company and burns his life away. When Mahmut left for work, he asked his younger brother to help his grandfather and look after the horse that his father had given him. The young man gives his word, but does not fulfill it.
