Widely recognized as a pioneer of the Tibetan New Wave, Pema Tseden's body of cinematic works includes The Silent Holy Stones, The Search, Old Dog amongst others. His films have been selected at Venice FF, Locarno FF, TIFF and many other major international film festivals, winning over forty international prizes.
