Daorina is a lonely little orphan girl whose mother died recently. She remembers her mother's stories that all the relatives who pass away meet again on the other side of the mountain. So the girl packs up her small belongings and sets off, meeting a lonely Mongolian old man on the way. Two very different, but bound by loneliness, they embark on a fantastic journey through the Mongolian pastures, and learn how to move on with their lives.
