After the death of her father, Ilana, a 7-year-old girl, is facing grief. She must, suddenly, understand what loss means. During the road trip that she must undertake to water the ashes of the deceased, she has to rebuild and recognize herself with her older sister, who faces the absence in a very different way.

DIRECTOR'S BIOGRAPHY:
Rossana Montoya studied anthropology at the University of Brasilia, then went to France to study theater at the International School of Dramatic Pantomime in Paris. In her debut short film, Sand, she wrote, directed and starred. In 2021, the film received a distribution award from the Bogotá Audiovisual Market (BAM). Rossana Montoya is currently working on the Colombian-German documentary Raíces, which was selected for the Munich International Documentary Film Festival Dok.fest pitch Forum.
