Grigory Drozd - Honored master of sports, world champion in Thai Boxing, world champion in professional Boxing, President of the Regional public organization (ROO) Thai Boxing Federation of Moscow, President of the ROO Kuzbass Boxing Federation, Member of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation. He made his ring debut in April 2001 in the Cruiserweight class. In 2000 he became European champion, and in 2001 a world Thai boxing champion. In 2002 he won the Ural & Siberia Cruiserweight title, and in 2003 the Russian Cruiserweight title. He has won the WBC Cruiserweight title (2014–2015) and the EBU (European) Cruiserweight title (2013–2014). His record stands at 40 wins, of which 28 were knockouts, and 1 loss. Drozd is engaged in the development of new social and sporting projects, and he serves as a representative of the Kemerovo region to the Russian Civic Chamber.
