Matvey Lashko was born in Moscow, Russia in 1999. After graduating from a theatre and music school he entered the Russian State University of Cinematography named after S. Gerasimov (VGIK). Graduated with a multimedia director's degree. In 2020 created SKAZ, an animated project about Slavic mythology and Russian folklore.
