A girl is standing in a queue at a government office, waiting for her turn. As she stands there, she gets increasingly annoyed by people joining the line, invading her personal space. She screams, and a small creature (Insanity) jumps out. It starts wreaking havoc, and no one has a single idea how to stop it.
