Sarah Tarekegn was born and raised in the city of Yakutsk, Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). She worked in movies with Dmitry Davydov, shot my first short film in the village Maya. In 2021, she entered VGIK to direct feature films in the workshop of A.A. Eshpai, V.A.Fenchenko.
